We are truly sorry if you have experienced a delay to the original delivery timeframe commitment for your order over the last three weeks. This is caused by extended delivery timeframes and, in some instances, additional delays we experienced with our delivery partner.
Please be assured, we are doing absolutely everything we can to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible.
This is a fast moving situation and we are working hard to keep as many international services as possible, but at the moment we need to suspend the dispatch of international orders for two weeks, from Monday 21st of December to Monday 4th of January. During this time you can still place an order with us, but will have to wait for the order to be dispatched from our UK warehouse from 4th of January 2021.
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched.
We anticipate that there may be some delays in orders being received in EU countries as the new systems and processes are established. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to confirm the delay and new estimated delivery time.
From 1st January 2021, orders from EU countries with an order value over €150 will be subject to import duty. Our Company pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you. In addition, we will complete all necessary customs paperwork to ensure there are minimal delays with orders from EU countries.
